Buccal massage is a service that focuses on the inside of the mouth, face, & neck to reduce TMJ tightness & pain, neck tension, headaches, & jaw clicking. Session comes with heated bamboo sticks, heated neck roll, scalp massage & aromatherapy. Extended buccal service also includes neck & facial cupping, cold stones, and warm face towel. Express buccal sessions do not include extras and are 15-30 minute sessions.

75 minute full body cupping treatment. Flexible silicone cups are used to decompress tight connective tissue, realign scar tissue, improve cellulite, increase circulation, & decrease pain. Cupping is painless, and ideal for sports recovery therapy, and reducing inflammation.

Pregnancy massage is focused on helping you feel more relaxed, and helps reduce tension in back, hips, outer legs, head, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. Inner legs and inner feet are avoided during pregnancy. Pregnancy massage is not recommended for more than an hour.

Therapeutic work for trigger points and myofascial tissue on the face, head, & neck. This therapy is incredibly relaxing, and is great for those that have headaches, migraines, & and neck pain. Stretching and warm bamboo sticks are included in session.

Movement therapy is a fully clothed session and is specifically to help loosen joints, release myofascial restrictions, & target tight spots. Assisted stretches, rocking movements, and holds are preformed to release body tension and reduce nerve pain. Please wear stretchy clothing to this session.

Gua Sha treatment is pain free, & performed with a tool in a scraping movement on the soft tissue. It promotes bloodflow, helps reduce swelling, and breaks up scar tissue. Full body Gua Sha sessions vary in time but will address entire body.

Allow me to help rebalance your energy and release mental stress. I preform hands on holds and energetic holds to help recharge energy and release mental/physical stress. Your mind and body will feel more centered and rejuvenated by the end of the service.

Very light pressure therapy, fully clothed session. Craniosacral is a method of feeling tightness in your body. It is meant for recirculating and rebalancing spinal fluid which helps with fibromyalgia, headaches, anxiety, & sleep problems.

Add 10 minutes of sound healing on to the beginning or end of your session to sink into deep relaxation. Sound healing helps re-balance your energy and renews your mind to release stress. This will be added into your session time and will not extend the duration of your service.
